2. What the App does
Learn and Explore it provides an AI study tutor (across subjects), study tools (flashcards, image explanations), and a travel companion (guides, weather, currency, trip planning). Answers are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be correct — please verify important information.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password safe.
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You must be old enough to use the App in your country (or have guardian consent).
4. Free tier, trial & subscriptions
- Free tier: a limited number of tutor questions and features at no cost.
- Premium: unlocks unlimited use and premium features for R359.99 per month.
- 7-day free trial: new subscribers may get a free trial; unless cancelled before it ends, it converts to a paid monthly subscription.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider Lemon Squeezy.
- Cancellation: you may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Renewals are automatic until cancelled.
5. Refunds
Except where required by law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts. Contact us at Mphon4653@gmail.com with any billing issue.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the App: no illegal use, no attempts to break security, no reselling, and no using it to cheat where prohibited by your school/institution.
7. AI content disclaimer
AI answers are for learning and general information only. They are not professional, medical, legal, financial, or safety advice. Always double-check.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and may change or discontinue features.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
