Our goal is to be completely fair: we give you a free trial so you can try everything before you pay, and you can cancel any time in a couple of taps.
1. Free trial
Premium starts with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing.
2. How billing works
- After the free trial, Premium is billed monthly in advance at ZAR 359.99 per month.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy.
3. Cancelling
- You can cancel at any time from your account, or by emailing us.
- When you cancel, you keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for; you are not billed again after that.
4. Refunds
Because we offer a free trial so you can fully test the app before paying, we generally do not provide refunds for subscription payments already made. However, we always want you treated fairly — if you were charged in error, experienced a genuine technical problem, or believe your case is exceptional, please contact us and we will review it and help.
5. Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
